Diablo Immortal class-locked cosmetics cause backlash

The July 20 Diablo Immortal replace introduced the much-requested class change function to the RPG game, however now class-locked cosmetics are leaving gamers feeling tied to the category they’ve already purchased microtransactions for. Diablo Immortal’s class change mechanic permits gamers to vary their character class as soon as per week without spending a dime, with the choice to revert to your earlier class in case you are unhappy with the change.

In the replace, Blizzard does embrace a warning: “Some class-specific cosmetics and gear will not carry over when you change classes. Any cosmetics owned for a class will be retained on that class and will be available when changing back to it.” On the face of issues, this is sensible – if a beauty solely exists for one class, then it could actually’t switch over to a unique one.

However, some gamers are reporting that paid cosmetics and those unlocked from the battle cross are locked to the category they have been initially unlocked on, regardless that the beauty in query has an equal model for all lessons within the game. Reddit person Z_Zircon says, “All cosmetics I paid for, none of which should be class locked (they even show up as the proper armour when previewing them in my inventory) are unavailable to use on a new class.”
